Upwave is designed for collaboration and works best when you are not on your own. There are many ways to invite new members, and it only takes a couple of seconds!
1. Invite from settings
Click on your profile picture in the top left corner, and select "Add people" .
2. Invite from the workspace administration
Click on your profile picture in the top left corner, and select "administration". This will take you to the workspace admin page shown above. Click on "users" to invite new people to your workspace.
3. Invite from a team
If you want to invite a new member to a specific team, click on the "+"-symbol under the team name. You can also invite by clicking on the three dots next to the team name, and select "invite members".
4. Invite from a board
If you want to invite someone to a specific board, click on the three dots next to the board title and select "invite new members".
When you invite a new member to a regular Board, they will automatically become a member of your workspace. They will however only be able to see Boards they are invited to.
If you invite a new member to a Team Board, they will automatically become a member of the team the board is located in, in addition to your workspace. They will however, only be able to see teams they are invited to or teams that are workspace visible. In the team they are invited to, they will be able to see the Team Boards they are invited to and Team visible boards.
