Define the data types that your cases should hold, such as name, address, or department number, by selecting from a variety of options.

Effortlessly modify or add fields later, and if needed, you can generate a workflow form which can include any of custom fields you've added. Simplify the data collection process by generating cases from form submittals.

General field options

Help text

The help text will denote the field in the workflow form.

Custom placeholder text

Applicable to most fields, this option lets you specify text which will prefill the field.

The fields

Yes/No

The Yes/No field is Boolean in the form of a checkbox.

Email

Requires a valid email address.

Number

An integer field that can have negative or positive values. A minimum and maximum value may be specified.

Paragraph

A text field that maintains line shifts. A minimum and maximum number of characters may be specified.

Short text

A text field without line shifts. A minimum and maximum number of characters may be specified.

Choice field

A choice field where only 1 option can be ticked off.

Multiple choice

A multiple choice field where 1 or more options can be ticked off.

Date

A clickable input field that opens a calendar. A minimum and maximum value may be specified.

Date and time

Clickable input field that opens a calendar and time selector. A minimum and maximum value may be specified.
