Board Messages bring your team's communication straight to your boards. This means you can chat, share updates, and make decisions without ever leaving Upwave.
Getting started with Board Messages
Open the Message bar
First up, navigate to the board where you want to start a conversation. If the message sidebar on the right is not open, click on the chat icon to open it.
Write a new message
Look for the message input box at the bottom. Here, you can type out whatever's on your mind, whether it's a question, update, or just a shout-out to your team.
Use @ to mention a member by typing their name or select one from the list of members. You can repeat this step for every person you'd like to mention in your message or mention @everyone on the board.
Notifications
Board members will be notified in Upwave and by mail if they have unread messages.
Board messages are not available in the mobile apps.
