The case list gives a birds-eye view of the general status of all cases in a workflow.
Hover your mouse cursor over the steps to get more information like due dates and titles.
The cases appearing in the list or on the map can be filtered. All the filter-options work together so you can construct a report that fits your needs.
Filter on one or more users to display only their cases. You can also filter on Unassigned which is handy to track down unmanaged cases.
Use the status filter to get more detailed information on who is working on active cases or what has been completed.
If you need to find something quickly, you can use a keyword search that will look for matches in case titles and numbers.
The columns in the case list table can be sorted by ascending or descending order by clicking the column title.
