The user account settings can be accessed by clicking on your photo in the top right corner and select settings. The user account settings page allows you to add a profile photo, showcase your location and local time - and it is divided in 3 parts:

Your name and profile image and your role

Notification settings

Tune how you would like to get system notifications

Account settings

Change system language and timezone
